5 of 6 found this helpful The Explorist 500 works great, but don't even think about trying to get any technical support. Loooooong waits! Goofy operators who don't have a clue and they don't care if you get your problem solved or not. They won't return any calls or emails. Don't call them from a cell phone or your bill will be astronomical. I've tried several times to get a problem resolved with the software installation and usage and I gave up on it. I paid $100 for Mapsend software and can't get it to work. I'm sure it's just my own ignorance, but that's supposed to be why they have Tech Support. GPS Explorist 500 works great, but don't expect any help from Magellan if you have problems.
