very sturdy
My carpenter buddy who hung this said it's the most sturdy he's seen. It's certainly heavy, but installed over the studs that's not a problem. It holds my 65" tv steady, I'm not 'afraid' of it falling off the wall even when it's not sitting flat against the wall. It is a little stiff to move though.
