Cheap product at a cheap price
Although the product appears to be a knock off of a Norelco shaver, there is a big difference. The shaving head is not good, the surface has not been precision machined like Norelco and is rough with sharp edges. A Norelco will glide across your face, this requires pushing and pulling. The head feels like the surface was not deburred during manufacturing and so the final product fails in the most important area - cutting your beard without scratching your face. If you are looking for a cheap product at a cheap price than this is it. If you want a good precision product that shaves you close without scratching your face then keep looking.

Heavy and poorly designed clipper that is difficult to use.
The pole hedge trimmer is very heavy and awkward to use. The majority of the weight is at the end of the pole in the motor, which makes it difficult to maneuver. The shoulder strap that supposedly supports the weigh is of little use because the pole has to be positioned in many configurations. The settings of 0, 45 & 90 degrees do not come close to meeting the positioning needs of trimming bushes of various heights and depths. If you try to trim a large and tall bush there is no way you can adjust the trimmer to do the job, yes you can cut the vertical surface, but you can do that faster and with less weight using a conventional hand held trimmer. To cut the top I had to get a ladder and then just hold the trimmer and sweep across the top of the bush. The on/off switch is hard to use when you need to switch hands from right to left. It appears the tool was designed by committee and with different groups want different features and you end up with an awkward tool that really doesn't satisfy the need. A conventional hedge clipper with a broom stick handle would be a far better option. Do not purchase this item, it is of poor design, ergonomically unsatisfactory and a physical challenge to use; a waste of money.
