Not what I expected...

I was expecting a smooth shave based on other's great reviews. Disappointed with all the tugging while shaving. Reminded me of our local Dollar Store brand. I've tried 'em on two of my shavers(slim boy, std flare tip) unsuccessfully. Did get a close shave after two passes but face felt on fire afterwards. Used five blades so far. One blade out of 'em wasn't as harsh. May be an inconsistency issue?

Will not accept song uploads.

Have not been able to upload any songs on to the device. Bought three different sync cables but still will not connect properly to computer. Searching thru web blogs to see what may be the issue but nothing has been helping so far.
