Compact and Lightweight with good features
Excellent for close up photography
and macro as well
can be attached easily and can work AUTO FOCUS which is very helpful
for crystal clear images.
Very good quality of this item and very good durability since the material that is made is of good quality. The price it sells is also good value for the money and it is something that every photographer needs at some stage of his work.

Excellent Choice
For many years i have been active photographer and always i was buying expensive gear fron Nikon Leica and Hasselblad. I know that for an amateur photographer these are high priced items.
Now in December 2016. I decided to switch to micro 4/3 system and i spent 2 weeks reading and comparing all micro 4/3 camera bodies and lenses.
But ibwant to be honest with you . First i came across the PANASONIC LEICA NOCTICRON 42.5mm f1.2 lens and instantly decided this is the lens i want to have in this system . Next i had to find which micro 4/3 camera i should buy together with this lens . I did an extensive research for all Panasonic models the GX7 GH3 AND GX8 more specifically and also the SONY AND OLYMPUS BODIES.
I finally decided to buy the GX8 having all the focusing technology i need such as focus tracking and pin point focus and face recognition and eye detection . It's all here in one camera.
Plus all the other 4K modes and customisations that the GX8 is loaded with it made it impossible not to buy it soecially at this price.

Leica Quality
This Nocticron is absolutely stunning Lens at 1.2 maximum aperture it is perfect for low light situations giving a fast speed at a low ISO setting.
Also it is made of durable and expensive materials under LEICA standards and that are well known for their quality for many decades.
Great looking and feeling in your hands and has metal hood very durable which can be reversed and attached on the lens backwards for more protection during transportation.
The Panasonic Leica DG Nocticron 42.5 is characterised by its fast and sophisticated optical design.
