Worked well after initial concern
I was surprised when I measured the new plug core impedance with a multi-meter, it was much higher than the old plug, measuring about 35 k-ohms. The supplier assured me that this would drop to the normal impedance on reaching operating temperature. I set the plug gap and used it in a Mountfield mower and it worked fine and has done for some days now. I have to admit I didn't know until recently that plugs have different electrode impedances; indeed ANY impedance. There's a lot more to spark plugs that I thought.

Impressive. A WOW start to a fancy dress.
It's imposing and unusual and gives a WOW impression. It's a great start to a fancy dress outfit. It comes "flat-packed" of course so you need to puff up the "horns". In fact I found it better to cut open the inner lining of the horns and insert some fibre filler or bubble wrap to set the shape. Recommended.

Does the job
1 of 1 found this helpful Well it does the job at a low price but the build quality is not great. It is supposed to "beep" when stable but doesn't. It does hold the final reading though and is comfortable to hold. Since you don't generally use it very often I guess it's OK.
