Disappointed - did not want to return

The packaging looks authentic. I have to really ding this product. I wanted to own an original set (I have seasons 1-3 separately and wanted this collector's set. The whole set did not play properly and freezes,skips or simply not play on any of my DVD/Blu Ray players (PS3, PS4 and PS5). I don't like writing negative reviews, but I don't have a choice.
