Gigantic Tablet
6 of 6 found this helpful Very clear, huge screen. My only issues with it are: 1.) it has a stand in the back that covers a hump in the middle of the tablet which does not permit it to lay completely flat, like an Ipad or other tablet, 2.) removing the default icons from the main screen is not possible, 3.) there is no accelerometer in it that permits the screen to turn 90 degrees for page view.
This tablet is basically a television set that doubles as a tablet. Think of it that way and you will not be disappointed.

Additional pricey items may be required to get this older unit back online
The M200 Portege is cool, being that it is a laptop/tablet combo. The problem with this specific model is that it has no CDROM drive, so if you buy a model without an OS, you will need the Toshiba external CDROM drive to load one. I tried other CDROM drives, but they are not recognized at boot. Get ready to spend another $40 or so for the CDROM drive in addition to the unit (and a hard drive, if your unit does not come with one)...
