Ok but include longer screws.
The seat is comfortable. But for the price they should include four screws of the correct length. It’s not clear that the old fasteners aren’t long enough. Other than that the seat is easy to install.

Cutter length is longer than pictured.
Cutting length is 1 1/4 inch. Longer than pictured. Length not specified in listing. Covered with filmy, greasy, debris/crud. Not tool preservative. Cleanable with WD40. Haven't tried cutting yet. So I gave a yes to good value but it's not what I expected and may change that rating when I use them.
