Good for the money
The bumper arrived quickly and it took me about 3 hours to remove the original and replace it with the low profile aftermarket one. It’s not perfectly symmetrical to the truck but looks fine.

Important modification
1 of 1 found this helpful Power steering modification for my 63 C10. I did the conversion as inexpensively as possible, but, for safety reasons, I bought, rather than made this bracket and the steering shaft extension. This bracket is well made, the holes on the front and back bracket lined up well. It is a well thought out part and really simplifies the power steering upgrade. Originally I was going to cut my frame and weld in the part of the frame on a 75 pickup in its place. This bracket allowed me not to do that.

Great corrosion control product
I have restored old cars as a hobby for 40 years. I’ve used all the “rust prevention” products, corroless, por 15, red oxide, acid, vinegar, etc...probably the best encapsulation I found before was corroless but, Eastwood doesn’t sell it anymore. I started using epoxy mastic and boy am I happy with it.
The thing about epoxy mastic that you have to remember is that it doesn’t dry, it cures. Also, unless you want to wear a breather, don’t spray it, brush it on. I have found the best results with a little more than 50% activator mixed with the tint.
