Great quality laptop!
1 of 1 found this helpful I have two of these laptops, and the quality is far above that of Dell, HP, and Compaq laptops. I bought this one for my brother, as he wanted to replace an HP laptop. Of course the first thing I did was to wipe the Windows 10 spy/virus, and install Linux Mint. These laptops are plenty fast enough and have dual graphics chips built in. And in the rare event of a pat failing, there are very detailed Hardware Maintenance Manuals that make repairs simple. These Business grade laptops were made to be fixed instead of replaced, and are not glued together. These laptops are still going strong when most of the Dell, HP, and Compaq laptops that came out the same year are in the trash heap!

Works ok but could be designed better
It worked ok , but its hard to get the screws started into the drive without cross-threading. I also had to file the plastic cover to get it to fit into the bay properly. Definitly not plug n play! Once installed it does work.
