So far, so good

We just installed these about a week and a half ago, @nd they are bright and easy to see, and appear well-made. Our area does not have streetlights, so we light up our front yard pergola so folks (including us) can find the house at night. The weak link in these light strings is the plastic cover over the solar panel, which, ironically, gets yellowed and destroyed after a year or two by...the sun. I got an extra year out of our last set by painting the panel with clear nail polish to refresh it—then it’s off to the landfill. :-(. In the spring, when it’s warmer, I will look into applying glass on top of each panel and see if that works...

This is my second pair of these shoes!

They are comfortable, waterproof, and the color is stunning. They also easily fit my SpenCo arch support insoles AND heel lifts (for my knees) without my heel coming out of the shoe. I'm honestly not sure why Saloman feels the need to update the color each year when these are so great.

Solid, easy to use keyboard

I've gone through probably 3 or 4 of the cheap iPad keyboards, and none of them worked for longer than a few weeks. One key would die, and then another, or the whole thing would give up. They were flimsy and hard to use. This one is SOLID. It's well-made, and holds my iPad securely. It's easy to set up and use, and the backlight feature is helpful in the dark and also tells me that the keys don't have decals with the letters that will scrape off when I type. There is a bit of awkward back-and-forth between the keyboard and touch screen, and that's probably unavoidable with an iPad.
