Martin MM12 Retro Acoustic Guitar Strings - 0.012

Definitely worth trying a set

My 50 year old D-18 has been pretty hard to please. After trying all kinds of strings, plain and coated, I finally discovered the Retros and I have to say that they're just about perfect on this guitar. Well balanced, not too boomy or zingy, excellent intonation, great feel, and long lasting. Lights seem to work best for me but a may try a set of 13s to how the guitar and I get along with those. A bit pricey, but highly recommended.

Perfect for my trombone wielding son

My son needed a new mouthpiece for his second trombone, a well worn King that he'll be playing in his high school's marching band. This used Bach fit the bill perfectly and he's been very pleased by the improvement in playability.

Great deal on a second mouthpiece

I purchased the large shank mouthpiece for my son who's an avid young trombonist. He loves it. Between this and one that came standard with his Yamaha trombone, he has the range of most any piece of music covered. Highly recommended.
