Truly a sample..
Did not notice any actual help with "recovery". Packages barely have enough in them to justify a sample like cellucor other ones with two servings inside.

Waste of money
Got this for my pregnant girlfriend who was suffering with bad nausea and morning sickness. She read these were helpful so we bought some. They are a complete waste of money. She used them for a few days and did not notice any difference. Don't waste your money on this.

Good but taste is ugh
Good product. I got a great energy boost but product does not list actual amounts of what's in it. Just a "blend". I had to look it up online and it took two scoops to work. The taste was pretty bad in my opinion but I don't take supplements for the taste.
