Quality
It has excellent quality giving me the length needed to locate my panels away from my solar power bank.

Value
Its a good value for a pump to maintain circulation of pool water. Will use it as an alternate pump to maintain circulation of pool water during swimming season. I'll repair my high pressure (3450 rpm) pump for daily use and cleaning pool.

It works well. The only problem I have is the bulb doesn't last too long (5-7 days), otherwise a good product.
