Does the job.
This item fixed my B & D Workmate. The quality is nice and is fairly easy to install. It is however not the correct part if you have B & D Model # 79003 (product code 679003). It will work but you will need to keep you old handle body and cut out a section to fashion as a spacer so the new one will work. Not a big deal if you have a hacksaw and a vise but could be a chore if you don't. The handle body just isn't the correct length to be a one to one fit. Other than that, it seems to work just fine and sure beats buying complete new WorkMate.
Not the sellers fault. The product description said that it would work on my particular model and that's why I bought it but it does need to be modified.

It died after a month
Didn't even last a month. If worked well....until it just quit.

Poor material quality
No problem with the folks selling it but the product is very cheaply made and isn't worth even 1/2 the price.
