Best squirrel guard ever
I have tried other solutions in the past and this is without a doubt the best. As long as the feeder is far enough away from objects (trees, bushes, your roof) that squirrels can launch from to above the baffle, there is no way they can climb up the pole and past it. The bottom of the baffle should be mounted at least 4 feet above the ground which may require an extension to the pole (available on Amazon). I had to replace one of the two supplied bolts because the head passed through the hole on the mounting bracket, but this was a minor issue. Otherwise installation was simple.
