Complete Junk
1 of 1 found this helpful This might have been an unopened product, but it was horrible. Reception was bad and the battery wouldn't last more than a few hours. I called Verizon for help to see if there were any updates available thinking that might be the problem with the reception, and that wasn't it. WASTE OF MONEY...............
