Stephen Decatur
This book is an excellent read to learn about one of the United States Navy's greatest heroes. It is compelling reading and an easy read. It is very well researched and written in a manner that is easy to digest. I detected no bias such as hero worship or defamation. In my opinion Stephen Decatur is one of America's greatest naval heroes who is virtually unknown in today's time. I really enjoyed reading this book. I am a "Wooden ships and iron men" historical type and highly recommend this book as an informative and enjoyable read. Well done to the author.

Scope it out
This is a great buy. Where can you get 142 feet of Galvanized chain with free shipping at this price. Perfectly fit the gypsy on the windlass of my 37 ft sailboat. I sail in lower Chesapeake Bay. The average depth of water is somewhere around 20 ft. 143 ft. gives me all the anchor scope I need used with a snubber for shock loading.

Get Smart DVD
This is an excellent DVD to grt. I am generally not a Steve Carrol Fan however, the role of Maxwell Smart in this movie seems to be made for him. Steve's performance is a tribute to Don Adams and I can only imagine Don was smiling while watching Steve emulate without overstating his performance. I hope there is a sequel.
