Nice unit, user instructions lacking
Installation is simple. The unit looks nice, the control buttons are easily accessed and the display has good readability. Where it's lacking is in the documentation - full explanations of the various functions and their adjustments, specifically. For instance, the manual says the sensitivity function 'makes your trailer braking response more or less sensitive'. To what, exactly? Are they applied faster at lower deceleration, or harder, or both? And how does that differ from the brake power setting? The ' Vertical slide for manual override' is identified in the instructions, but it's not described anywhere. What's it used for - preventing rollback when stopped on hills? And does 'slide' imply its application is variable? I realize this isn't rocket science, but the user is left to more trial and error than necessary. I'm only dinging its rating because of the poor documentation.

Pricey, but nice case
Fits phone perfectly. It's not 'sticky' like some others, so it slips easily into a pocket and doesn't accumulate lint and debris.
