Might be fine but the gel caps aren't very fresh...

Mabe the product is fine, the date is .. I just know their gel caps seem to be old.

Good projector for the firtst time buyer!

I have had many projectors and if this were the first one I had bought, I would be very pleased, plus this is one that you can buy at a reasonable price. Saying all that, now that I have had some of the better projectors like an Optoma EP728 (that is considerably brighter and has a noticeably clearer picture, but will cost you probably a 100 to 200 dollars more used) I would go for the EP728 if the extra cash doesn't hurt too much.
