  I have purchased from Ali several times. She goes above and beyond with customer service. I ordered the chicken wire cutting die but did not receive it. I did get a free gift- chicken wire plastic stencil. I contacted Ali and she acknowledged accidentally missing the die but had already put it in the mail in a separate package. Unfortunately the die never arrived but I received a refund. I recommend this shop and I would not hesitate to buy again.
