does what it says almost too good.
It packs a punch. Almost too good. I cant take that strong a buzz. Its definately super thermogenic. I only need thermogenic. Old school standards, if it tastes bad ,it must work. well it tastes bad. I got loose stools after 4 days. I had to stop. I may take 1/2 servings later to se if I can handle that. On workout days I crashed in the early afternoon. I mean crashed. If you choose this the price is right but you should be in tune with your body and know your other supps well. Im no little guy either. I was just looking for a little shred and I got too much.
