Used Properly, Great Conditioner That Makes Your Hair Look and Feel Fantastic
Paul Mitchell The Conditioner is a leave-in conditioner. When I first tried using it, I found that it left my hair greasy, flat and just gross. However, after complaining about it to my stylist, she explained how to properly apply it. Following her instructions, I really, really like it. It leaves my hair soft, shiny and well-conditioned.
Proper application is rather counter-intuitive. You use a very, very small amount (so much smaller than I imagined) applied into the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together to somewhat emulsify the conditioner. Then starting at the very ends of your hair, rub the conditioner onto the hair ends by rubbing your hands together, working up your hair towards your scalp. Make sure the conditioner is well-distributed throughout your hair by either running your fingers through it or combing it. You may find you feel like you should rinse the conditioner from your hair because of how the conditioner feels in your hair, but do not do so. I let my hair air dry, and once it is dried, it looks fantastic.
I suspect a leave-in conditioner is not for everyone - I certainly was skeptical. But now, I use it all the time now and can highly recommend it. Just remember - use much, much, much less than you think you should.
