    The book I bought was listed as Like New but the book was in really poor condition. I contacted the seller who refunded the purchase price but I had to pay for the return shipping. When I questioned this the seller told me they did not know how to pay for return shipping and that they did not have the time to figure it out.

    The buyer is being disingenuous. When he contacted us that he was not satisfied with the item, we immediately and gladly refunded his purchase. When we tried to generate a return label, we had trouble getting the ebay platform to co-operate . . . and told the buyer that we would need info from him to reimburse any return postage, asking him to include it with the returned item. He failed to do this so we have since mailed him a postal money order and ask him to remove his negative review
