Repaired a cracked transmission
1 of 1 found this helpful I had a mishap in my 25 year old car with 300,000 miles on it that I bought new. I ran over something on the road and it hit my transmission and cracked it in 2 places. The cost of a replacement transmission was more than the car was worth so it was worth the gamble. Carbide burr and some degreaser to clean out the cracks, followed the instructions and no leak.
