Kit saved me from buying a new chair!
1 of 1 found this helpful My 20-plus year old office chair was still in great shape, except the rod lost a piece and was dropping to the floor. I called the manufacturer, but no parts were available. I saw this kit on line, and recognized some of the parts. For the low price, it was worth trying to fix. The kit arrived quickly, and came with step by step directions on how to fix the chair--which was just as important for me as the parts. I followed the illustrations, and voila! My chair is working perfectly! So glad I didn't buy a new chair and was able to give this one a new life. Nice to know these parts are generic and standardized! Thanks for giving me just what I needed at a great price!!
