Good product if you need an iron supplement!
My husband is anemic but most Iron supplements make him nauseous. This product doesn't plus he can better control how much he takes. Taste isn't the greatest, it's actually the after taste that is worse, but he drink OJ afterward both to help the iron be absorbed better and kill the after taste. He actually has more energy that before he started taking it! I knew someone who took this years ago. I totally forgot about it till someone started talking about it...glad they did.
