BROKEN UNIT UPON RECEIPT. MISREPRESENTED CONDITION!

Unit was inoperable upon receipt. Armature shaft was broken at pinion gear. I had to order a new armature to repair. MISREPRESENTED PRODUCT. I WOULDN'T TRUST THIS SELLER AGAIN!

Wron size wiper blade sent.

Wrong part sent. It wasn't the 19" wiper blade I ordered, but a 17" wiper blade was shipped to me. I cannot use it!!!
