Perfect applicator with great formula
2 of 2 found this helpful I have a hard time applying eyeliner because of the shape of my eyes and the felt tip made it perfect. It is not a felt 'pen' per say, where the liquid is in the pen, but you actually dip the felt tip into the liquid, which is my personal favorite. I don't find many eyeliners like this anymore. Definitely would recommend!
