No expectations, but thought I would try

Rated as 20w @220v, would produce (120v/220v)20w, or 10.9w at 120v. Doesn't produce enough heat to warm up. In addition, quality appears very dubious and I would not feel safe leaving plugged in, the wiring felt like 32gauge in silicone, probably sufficient to carry 10ma at 220v for the rated 20w of power, but flimsy nevertheless. In addition, my dogs immediately urinated all over it, so they did not like the smell.
