A sturdy little machine
1 of 1 found this helpful The stitches are very nice, I wanted something with the smoothness of my big Huskvarna but lighter to carry and the 8080 is perfect. Simple to operate, looked up a few directions on the internet, and took off sewing. A friend had one she did not like the wobbly foot, but I have not had any problems with it. I do have an extra desk lamp I use it was made before the led lamps. I love that it has 4 rows of feed dogs, and the needle threader is very handy. I did put an extra spool holder on it because the one it came with let the spool slip off the pin, but compared to the price of a new computerized Janome I feel like I got a real bargain.

Works great.
Bought this for my home landline. Was great price. But best part was it's simple to set up and change settings.
