Factory Second?
I tried to join a Teams call last night and I found out the web cam on my device does not work. Thus far the system does not even recognize it as being there. I will continue to do my due dilligence to get it working, but might return/exchange because of that.
That is dissappointing but otherwise, I have been very pleased with this device. The screen is very vivid and it is definately the fastest computer I have now.

Some things to know...
Consider this a budget or "value" laptop. Overall it is a high quality product for that segment. My cautions are its limited upgrade potential. The 1 TB HDD has a lot of space but is sloooow. I swapped it out for a 1 TB SSD which made a huge difference. Mine also has a spot for a second NVMe/SSD but despite all of my efforts in the bios and cloning, I could not get the computer to boot from that slot. i gave up on he that project, so the NVMe/SSD I added is just storage for now.
I also attempted to upgrade the RAM. Despite some varied reports, it appears 12 GB is the max on this unit. 4 GB are on the motherboard and I could not get a 16GB stick to work in the slot that is interchangable.
Asus has served me well over the years and i am sure this will work out fine for my needs.
