Not bad but don't pay full price

There are a lot of recipes in here but only about 7 or 8 that I would actually make. I think if more "everyday" type recipes from famous restaurants were included the book would be a lot better......I can't see why some of the recipes in here were every considered as "Americas most wanted"

Could be better

installed and work as intended. Switches make an audible click instead of being silent like the leviton switch it replaced. Made in China so doubtful of the long term durability.

Great Mixer

This well built mixer can handle everything from whipping cream to making bread dough. The only thing is you really need to have a dedicated spot for it because it's HEAVY to drag in and out of the closet each time you need it.
