'B' Vitamin - No Flush! Sleep Aid. . .
1 of 1 found this helpful Niacinamide was recommended to me as a natural sleep aid. Most companies offered 500mg only. I had an instinct that 250mg would work. For me, it does. Swanson's Niacinamide 250mg seems to be high quality. I ordered directly from the company.

Biscuits do resemble the Sunshine 'Raisin' - 'Fruit' Biscuits of yesteryear.
I like that. I don't like that they are made with Palm oil: Bad ecologically, bad for our arteries.
It's unfortunate they don't bake with a higher quality, slightly more expensive oil..

✰ Wild + Virtuosic Jazz Inspired "Pop" record!! ❧
This is probably my favorite record of the last 20 years! While I am a child of the 60's with broad tastes in Music, my listening gravitates towards Jazz, Stevie Wonder, Joni, and Steely Dan. Django is a virtuosic Jazz Pianist, Composer, Arranger and Tenor [E♭] Horn player. This record features his String Quartet writing. His command of harmony and his imagination know no bounds.. He is a brilliant rascal! His arrangements of "My Way," + David Bowie's "Life On Mars" are dizzying. ("Life On Mars" also has a guest appearance from the late, great David Sanborn. ) Django's sense of humor is always present, and in especially fine form on the delightful "Football." His "Interval Song" is both a mischievous Brazilian samba, and a music lesson teaching us to recognize the intervals we use in Western Music. It is also available as an educational tool! The Pièce de Résistance is his heart wrenching interpretation of Gilbert O' Sullivan's "Alone Again, Naturally." Between Josefine Lindstrand's pure and aching vocal, and his exquisite writing, we hear the song anew. That's the very reason to 'cover' a beloved song. The performance by the Smith String Quartet is exquisite.. ✰✰✰✰✰ This is a demanding record.. It is not 'smooth.' It is at times dense, and always divinely musical. 19 years after I was introduced to it, I am still hearing new elements.. The production and recording quality are marvelous. The playing from Django's extraordinary ensemble is stunning.. precise, and flowing at once.. There's more.. a LOT more, but listening to this brilliant record is the best way forward. If Frank Zappa were still with us, he'd surely give an enthusiastic 'Thumb's Up!' Django is a Master of Orchestration who perfectly balances the head with the heart in the fount of creativity that is "You Live and Learn... Apparently"
