Received the product earlier than expected. Once I opened the product it had a terrible chemical smell that made me have a headache. But, I placed the headset in a sunny area for some time and the smell became barable! Honestly, I thought the headset would come used, but it came in perfect condition. I am unsure if the earmuffs sections have to be so wobbly. Overall, not a bad product, and I will be buying other things from them in the future if the quality is this good!
