Great price, works well
While I have only had this generic replacement battery for a few weeks - so I cannot ascertain its longevity - so far it works much better than the OEM replacement that I purchased several years ago, which never held much of a charge. That OEM battery lasted all but 18 minutes before needing to be recharged. While I'm not a huge phone talker, I am frequently "on hold" when dealing with customer service for longer than 18 minutes, and this battery still has a full charge at that time. For the price, it's worth the investment. At this price point, I would definitely buy again and recommend.

Buttons are hard to press through case
This is my third or fourth Incase iPhone case. I like this one the least. The buttons for volume up/down and to turn the phone on/off are hard to press through the case. I didn't know this would be different, but it is. Instead of having an opening for the iPhone buttons, they are covered. I suppose it creates more security and protection for the phone (from dirt, etc.), but it requires more effort.
