Pretty meh product
1 of 1 found this helpful Sunshade is very flimsy, so much so that the strap that holds it closed broke during unpacking the product. Sunshade works, but there are better, more durable options for not much more money. I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. One of the auction cups was missing from package from the factory. Do yourself a favor and pony up the extra 5 dollars and get a better one.

The chicken man rides again.
Finally a 1990's baseball card that wasn't over printed to make the value comparable to bird cage liner. Tough getting a good grade on this condition sensitive set, though. Dufex looks really nice. Reminds of a precursor to the Artist proof series.

Top shelf
The axe sheath i purchased was incredibly well made. The top grain leather is about as good as it gets for an implement sheath. Nylon stitching is straight and tight with not a fray in sight. Leather appears to be vegetable tanned, if so, that is icing on the cake because that will inhibit oxidation. I am well pleased with this product and i expect it will hold up nicely in the harshest environments with the proper conditioning and care. I plan on dying this particular sheath, as there is no finish applied. I like it enough that it is now going to house my go to bushcraft hatchet. It is made in the USA by people that still take pride in their craft, obviously. Beaver Tooth Handle Co. Is now my "people" for every after market sheath that i buy. Can't wait to try their handles as well. Thanks for a fine product. Highly recommended. My only wish was that there were loops added for belt carry, but that is an easy adjustment to make, given the holes provided. Just a matter of a couple rivets and scrap leather. That's no hill for a climber. Kudos for a job well done.
