Well designed.

Large capacity tank, large filler cap and opening, high capacity output which is adjustable, dark color blends in with decor, Rosewill is a good reliable brand. There is a handle to hold when installing full tank. Hope it lasts a long time. We are using filtered water with good results. Have used it about a month so far.

Compared with other corded electric chainsaws.

Price was low enough to warrant trying one of these electric chainsaws. I thought that 2800 watt, 25 amp rating might be a pretty strong saw, stronger than most electric corded saws. The power of the saw is only average compared to other electrics I own. My Stihl corded electric is around 13 amps. The Stihl felt like it has more torque, and it cut a little faster. I tried my Remington electric, which is also around 12 amps, and it seemed to cut about the same as this saw I am reviewing. So bottom line is that the watt and amp rating of this saw is meaningless if you expect more power due to high amp rating. The saw has a metal sprocket cover and two steel nuts holding the bar. It adjusts with a screwdriver. The chain is 18 inch, 3/8-pitch,.050-gauge, with 64 links. The saw comes with a spare set of brushes in addition to the ones in the saw. There is no clutch type chain brake. 18" bar is a plus for longer reach.

I would buy again.

Kind of unique, with only one LED and only one battery on the D Cell lights. AA is two cells, smaller, and brighter. Flashlights have legs on collar to keep from rolling off table tops. Kind of cheap feeling plastic construction, but they work really well so far. Not sure how long flashlights will last. Good little flashlights. I would buy again.
