Annoying to pull apart and clean.
Does it slice food super fast?
Yes. But taking it apart is such a hassle that the time I save in using it goes in pulling it apart and washing it. What's the point? If I was preparing a huge meal, perhaps, but for daily use? I might as well just buy a mandolin and slice fruits and roots by hand.
I haven't tried it for making Humus yet.
Also, why not make the removal of the container that holds your shredded food easier? I feel as if I'm going to break it if I do it wrong.
