Right Size Right Color
The hardware super stores typically do not sell standard size wallplates. They are usually mid size; too large for my taste. Black wallplates and outlets can blend in better with some wall colors. If you want to show off your outlets, buy those extra large, contrasting-colored wallplates from the hardware store.
