Space saving, works well, and convenient.
3 of 3 found this helpful I like the convenience of this little gadget. I was looking for something strictly for sealing jars of dry goods , dehydrated veggies and such. This does that and can also be used on the fresh storage bags and containers that are designed for this. Takes up very little space and works well!

One of the best canning preserving books available!
I purchased this to replace the one I used to own! This is a very good book to have for canning and preserving food! This is one of the best reference books on this subject. Good recipes and details!

Covers the basics and more!
This book covers the basics and then some. It's nice to have a hard cover guide to use for smoking foods. This book has a lot of new ideas and recipes.
