    Okay video, NOT compatible to most Digital File Formats as described
    One of the reasons why I got this unit is because I wanted to play my MP4 videos from USB for the kids to watch. On all of my MP4 videos it says that it is an unsupported file format. The Pyle Website say that the following Digital File Compatibility is MP3, MP4, MP5, JPG, MPEG4, WMA, AVI. Of course when I call Pyle they know nothing about their own systems and their answer for everything is that it's defective and it must be swapped out. This is the second time I have called Pyle with two different issues and that is their default answer every time.
