Better than expected cooling

Its easy to operate, lightweight. The cooling strips make all the difference. The effect is immediate and very noticeable. I have been out in upper 90 degree weather with high humidity and this really helped keep me comfortable. You do have to move it around occasionally for optimum cooling, if you leave it in one spot you will start noticing it sticking to you. It lasts longer than I expected on a full charge on Cooling 3. I haven't tried the heat yet except for a quick demo to make sure it worked and it seemed to heat up rather quickly. I have tried other neck fans but this is by far the best, I would recommend for anyone who needs relief from the heat.

Compact and lightweight makes it perfect for everyday use.

I was looking for a lightweight and compact option for web browsing. I have a full size Asus laptop but it is heavy to carry all the time. This fits in my larger purses and doesn't weigh me down. Chrome's limited apps takes some getting used to, but all in all I would recommend for surfing the web and basic functions. I have added a bluetooth mouse but the touchpad would work fine. An external harddrive is perfect solution for my needs. I would purchase again
