Surpassed My Expectations

Easy To Find Rationales
1 of 1 found this helpful I use this to help me study for nursing school. I'm in Med-Surg right now, and I find the questions to be helpful in getting me to better think like a nurse. One feature I really like is the fact that the rationales are listed to the immediate right of each question, so there's no hunting through the back of the book, nor is there flipping back and forth between questions and answers to compare options.
