Fine product suspect choices.
With exemplary reaction to a complaint about selection this company put a replacement in my hands within 48 despite it being Xmas period.
The product itself is just as described and packaging and instructions were adequate.
I do however question the site organisation as I found it hard to be sure what I was offered by auto selection was suitable technically for my product and found reliance led me to get the wrong connector with the power supply.

NO CABLES BUT LIKE NEW
This was a direct replacement for my existing Sony which was suffering a defective DVD drive. It cold have been new except for the absence of remote and cabling. The hard drive was clear and it performed faultlessly.

only time will tell
1 of 1 found this helpful Did a chemical clean of the DPF fitted to my Audi A3. This did not initialy extinquish the display light. I then dosed the tank with K2 within Two miles of driving the light went out and has stayed that way fir the last five hundred miles. It is a little too early to fay if the product is fully effective but the signs are good.
