Good attention to any family library
A must have for any private library, especially a Judeo-Christian family library, if only as a nice reference piece.

An Enduring Classic that all lovers of theater and film should watch!
The film is an absolute classic, the best version of Edmond Rostand play. A must see of any theater or classic film fan. Despite its age, it still holds up to the standards of today, and even placing many modern films to shame, with its comedic wit, passionate drama, and heart felt tragedy. The performances are captivating and the passion that José Ferrer brings to the role is unequalled before or since, a true master actor in one of his finest performances, supported by a great and endearing cast each bring believability to the characters they play, thus making this an enjoy and treat to watch, over and over again. However, the film condition and adaption to digital could be better, and I wish that a better digital remastered version was available so that younger generations can begin to enjoy and appreciate this classic piece of film and theatrical art.

Must Have in Your Anime Collection
A must have to fans of the show, or who love anime, this is truly among the best in the genre of anime.
