  I received a broken item and the seller said I broke it. Tried to resolve the issue he said no refunds unless you pay to ship it back to him/her. Very unhelpful and handled the situation very poorly. Why should I pay anything for something broken? Even shipping? In what world do you treat someone spending close to 400 on a cologne like that.

  This buyer claimed that the cap of the Royal Crown Sultan brand new fragrance in box that I sent him was broken. It was mailed in its own well padded box and it was bubble wrapped thoroughly. I offered to let him return it though the listing clearly indicated that there will be no returns no matter what. But I said that he will have to pay return shipping. He wanted me to not only allow him to return it but pay for the return when the listing clearly didn't offer returns.
