"No tape" solution to meet electrical code requirement.
Nice marker. Good quality coverage. Fast drying. For unknown reason I could not find just black marker. The only disadvantage is that to obtain even paint coverage of 14AWG wire we need to make 3-5 moves. Taking shipping into account economical advantages might be also disputable.
