Fun and healthy Item

Clean all the seeds and pulp, if you like milder Jolly's. Kids like the small sweet colored peppers. Stuff with a cream cheese mixture, using chopped up bacon and garlic. Shrimp and mild onion, or Mexican Chorizo sausage, salt and pepper to taste. What ever you can chop up finely stuff it in. I use one of those battery powered cookie shooters to fill the peppers. Place alum foil under the rack and BBQ chicken legs. Great gift.
